Whilst every care will be taken (and we have not damaged a tape yet!), we cannot accept responsibility for your original tape - we advise you to keep a backup copy
We assume that you have any necessary copyright clearance. Copyright material will require permission in writing from the copyright holder before we can start work.
Whilst our courier service is normally ‘next day’ after despatch from our studio, this is not guaranteed
We reserve the right to recover extra charges levied by our couriers in the event of redelivery or delivery being required outside working hours.
